This "real time" clock was created by Norman Tuck in 1981. It utilizes a "deadbeat" escapement." A small electric motor rewinds the clock when the driving weight reaches the bottom switch. Bicycle parts, a bowling ball and other found objects have been adapted to create the clockwork.
